Each product in the BWhale portfolio started the same way a client engagement does: with a specific operational problem that off-the-shelf software could not solve well enough.

None of these were built as demos. Each one carries the same discipline BWhale applies to client programs: design for the field first, then make it usable from a dashboard.

Running products of our own keeps the engineering team honest about what “production-ready” actually means, because we are the ones who get paged when something breaks. That same standard is what client programs get from day one.
